Contacted the seller in regards to my selections on customize mouse pad, he/she was very helpful and showing me samples on how they will look like on the mouse pad with the artworks I provided. There was lots of communications and I’m very grateful for the seller for being patience with my pickiness on the customization.
After receiving the mouse pad, I was overwhelm on how it looks great and matches the customization that I told the seller. The Textile actually feels like a 2way tricot fabric that you found on Dakimakura’s. It also have a great rubber grip on the bottom which prevents it from sliding on tables. The softness is also amazing, doesn’t feel like those cheap made products.
TLDR:
Overall, I was very satisfied and happy with my custom order. It arrived in a perfect condition, exactly matches my customization, textile feels so smooth on the skin, bottom has great rubber grip and the softness is perfect.
I might order again in the future.

I was shown an example very soon after sending in my artwork (with no judgement on some strange artistic choices lol), production was speedy and it came in the mail within a couple weeks. The printing quality itself is better than I expected, too; I actually brightened the file a bit before sending it, expecting printing to mute the colors quite a bit, but it came out so bright and colorful, I probably didn’t need to.
