As of time of writing I have yet to receive the product after over a month of waiting. When I purchased it I selected and paid extra for the fast shipping option which promised 3-15 days until I received my product, however in that timeframe it had not even been put on a plane to be sent to me. The one positive to come out of this experience has been that they were willing to refund the extra 10 dollars I paid for fast shipping once contacted. This shipping time is unacceptable considering what timeframes are listed on the checkout page.
